Robert B. Scott 


Robert B. Scott is a member of the firm and has been an integral part of Linda Kenepaske's legal practice for over 10 years.  A graduate of the University of Michigan, Mr. Scott pursued and completed his Juris Doctorate at New York Law School while working full-time as an immigration paralegal.  Mr. Scott provides the firm’s clients with clear and honest counsel and excellent representation before both the Department of Homeland Security and the Immigration Court.  Over the years he has gained particular expertise in U visas, VAWA applications, waivers of inadmissibility, family based immigrant visas, and consular processing. 

Mr. Scott is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Association of Deportation Defense Attorneys, and the New York and New Jersey Bars.   He is fluent in Spanish.

Linda Kenepaske


Linda Kenepaske in the managing member of the firm and has been practicing immigration law in New York City for over 30 years.  She expertly handles complex matters across the full spectrum of immigration law. Ms. Kenepaske particularly enjoys practicing at the intersection of immigration and criminal law, providing superior removal defense for non-citizens facing detention or deportation.
Ms. Kenepaske is active in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has served as chair and member of many local and national AILA committees.  She is currently on the board of the Immigration Section of the Federal Bar Association, and previously served as chair of the Immigration and Nationality Law Committee of the Bar of the City of New York.  She is the co-founder and co-chair of the Association of Deportation Defense Attorneys. Throughout the year she lectures on immigration topics before such organizations as the Practicing Law Institute, AILA, the New York County Lawyers Association, and the New York City Bar Association. Ms. Kenepaske is AV® Preeminent™ rated and has been selected as a New York Super Lawyer yearly, since 2009.
