Robert B. Scott has been an integral part of the Law Offices of Linda Kenepaske, PLLC for nearly 10 years. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Mr. Scott pursued and completed his Juris Doctorate at New York Law School while working as a paralegal with Ms. Kenepaske. Now an associate at the firm, Mr. Scott provides the firm’s clients with clear and honest counsel and excellent representation before both the Department of Homeland Security and the Immigration Court. Over the years he has gained particular expertise in U visas, VAWA applications, waivers of inadmissibility, family based immigrant visas, and consular processing.
Mr. Scott is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the New York and New Jersey Bars. He is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Japanese.
